Author Anita Havens has been an elementary reading teacher for the past fourteen years and has taught in Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, and Alaska. Wendy, the baby on the front cover and the coauthor of Your Baby Can Read, entered the University of Mississippi at the age of sixteen. She graduated with honors and holds degrees in Spanish and Journalism. She currently teaches English, Journalism, Spanish, and 7th grade reading in Calhoun City, Mississippi. |
