Whispers And Warnings For May 23rd

• The Town Observer in Bridgewater, MA / Ed Sunshine - UPDATE. Publisher finally responds...4 months later. Tries to claim he owns all rights to writer's articles because the writer "worked" for him...but the writer was NOT an employee. Publisher can't provide proof of employment or copy of signed contract. Still hasn't paid writer for republishing his work. What do yo think about this situation? We'd like to hear your opinion.
