WE WILL MISS YOU, PATCH!

Beloved Booklocker.com author, Patch Rose, who wrote One Year To Live? A Nobody's Guide To Surviving Cancer, was the multi-award winning writers of a newspaper column on the same subject - living with (and fighting) a cancer death sentence. Patch finally decided his job was all done, and left this world last week. Patch outlived the predictions of his doctors by quite sometime, and kept on smiling, filling the hearts and minds of his family, friends and readers, alike, despite the ongoing rigors of his illness and treatment. We will miss you SOOOO much, Patch! But we know you're making the angels laugh now!

THANK YOU, SIR! MAY I HAVE ANOTHER?!

We don't usually get political here but things are getting out of hand. Are you tired of the government giving away your money to millionaires via bailouts and stimulus packages that just incite more panic, make the stock market plummet, and that, subsequently, further hurt the economy? So are we. See: http://www.cato.org/fiscalreality
