NO SURPRISE THAT JUDGE RULED AGAINST HUFFINGTON POST BLOGGERS
Remember the bloggers who sued The Huffington Post because they were paid ZERO dollars after they all agreed to write for ZERO dollars? Back then, I wrote: "This is what can happen when you write for FREE! (And, no, I don't think those writers will win their lawsuit. Nobody forced them to write for free.)"
I was right. Last week, a judge ruled against the bloggers, saying, "The plaintiffs entered into their transactions with the defendants with full knowledge of the facts and no expectation of compensation other than exposure."
